My Story
I thought I was changing my body.
I was actually changing my life.
Where It Started
When I first started my fitness journey, my goal looked like so many other women's.
Lose weight. Look better. Feel more confident.
What I didn't realize was that confidence wasn't waiting for me at a certain number on the scale.
It was built every time I kept a promise to myself.
Every workout reminded me that I was capable of more than I believed. Every decision to show up — even on the days I didn't feel like it — became evidence that discipline wasn't something I was born with.
It was something I was building.
Little by little, fitness stopped feeling like another obligation. The gym became my reset. Whether life felt overwhelming or everything was going right, it became the place where the noise quieted down.
It wasn't about escaping my life. It was about returning to myself.
That changed everything.
I realized I wasn't simply becoming healthier. I was becoming someone who protected her peace. Someone who honored her boundaries. Someone who understood that taking care of herself wasn't something that happened after everyone else was taken care of.
It mattered too.
The Heart of SOLIS
"Not to help women become smaller. To help them stop shrinking.
This isn't about creating women who revolve their lives around fitness. It's about helping women build lives where taking care of themselves becomes just as important as taking care of everyone else. Some seasons you'll train four days a week. Other seasons, showing up once or twice will be the victory. Life changes. Schedules change. Motherhood changes. Careers change. Fitness should be able to grow with you. Not make you feel like you're constantly falling behind. I don't believe in perfection. I believe in consistency. I believe discipline can grow in one area even while life feels messy in another. I believe choosing yourself is one of the bravest decisions a woman can make. And I believe every woman deserves to become someone she is proud of.

What I Believe
Education over prescription
I'd rather teach you how your body works than hand you a plan to follow blindly. Knowledge is the only thing that lasts.
Strength as the goal
We train to get stronger — not smaller. Aesthetics are a side effect of doing the work, not the reason we show up.
Sustainability over intensity
The best program is the one you can actually stick to. We build habits that fit your real life, not a fantasy version of it.
No shame, ever
This is a judgment-free zone. Your body is not a problem to be solved. It's a tool to be developed.
